Do you need a doula?
It’s up to you! Doulas offer support, guidance, wisdom, advocacy, reprieve, massage, eye contact, ideas, love.
Home, birth center, or hospital?

Physical therapy can be especially useful postpartum, to heal abdominal splits and pelvic floor
Who needs counseling?
Everyone can use a hand up at some point or another. Counseling can be especially helpful in sorting out complicated emotions relating to pregnancy, birth and parenting.
